Dr. Porter is great & thorough. Extremely long time to receive overpriced glasses & unprofessional, rude receptionist is the reason for the low rating.

Doctor is very nice and thorough....the receptionist is rude. She tried to bill us almost 600.00 for contacts that I paid 150.00 for elsewhere, then she tried to blame the previous receptionist...

The doctor is very good, but the receptionist is rude and incompetent. My last three orders for contacts took 2 to 3 weeks to receive. All calls go directly to voicemail and they do not return...
