Planned Communities, Inc is one of the largest and most respected residential and commercial real estate development firms in Ohio. The company was founded in 1961 as a real estate development company and has always been located in the greater Columbus area. Planned Communities has developed over 15, 000 prime residential lots in more than thirty-five separate developments and over a million square feet of first-class retail and commercial space all over central Ohio. We are currently developing more than one-thousand acres, which includes over 1, 500 single family, multi-family, and commercial retail lots in southern Delaware County. These developments are located on both sides of U.S. 23 between Worthington and the city of Delaware.
