I have no issues with the actual gym, now that they replaced their broken equipment. But the staff is beyond "special." I think some of them were hired from McDonald's down the road. Not knocking...

This is the absolute worst planet fitness. I've been here several times to give it a chance and it's truly just the worst. Go there a few times and you'll figure it out.

Terrible customer service. Apparently I didn't meet their dress code today (which I did not know existed) and instead of giving me a warning for next time they made me leave the establishment....

I've been to quite a few pf locations and I have to say the staff at the other Cincinnati locations are much friendlier. It's not gonna stop me from coming here, but for what it's worth it would...

Let's just say this particular gym managed to make me cancel my membership. I'll never go back
