the worst PetSmart (tri-county) grooming. You set an appointment at 4pm they close at 3pm even tho says open till 5pm. You set an appointment on line it says been booked then you get there they...

Service is hit and miss. Why book an 8am appointment if you're not ready or can't accept pets until 5 or 10 after. When picking up your pet for their grooming appointment, you sit there and wait....
