We are a hub for social services, bringing together all of the organizations and agencies a family needs and meeting at one time to make a plan. Whether you need adolescent counseling or counseling for parents, or are looking for public assistance programs or health and family services, we are here to make sure you find the resources and services you need. We are a partnership of local government, communities and families that enhances the well-being of Holmes County’s children and families by coordinating services and engaging families.
