My Mother was in Pebble Creek about 2 yrs ago so when we needed her to go to a rehab again we decided to take her to Pebble Creek....don't know what happened but the nursing staff was not so nice...

If I could choose ZERO stars I would! My grandma was sent here after after a long stay in the hospital and a feeding tube put into her stomach. Two days after surgery she was sent to pebble creek...

I am pretty disgusted that most staff are not wearing masks. Those that do have them pulled down away from their noses. This is supposed to be a medical facility.
