I have been to this Panera countless times. Usually the services is good, usually it is clean. Neither of these things were the case this time. I came at the end of the night, around 8:30pm....

The bread is cold and hard that comes with the broccoli soup it comes dry no butter no nothing . And the bagel is very cold not toasted and you gotta put your own cream cheese on there like you're...

Progressively worse. We rarely come anymore. Higher prices, worse service, worse food. No soup. At all. 15 minutes for a bagel at 10am.

They got my order wrong and my vanilla latte was disgusting. How do you make a vanilla latte nasty. I couldn't even drink it. Service is usually good but today it was not good at all.
