ORCA House is an African-American recovery center in the United State. The nonprofit center serves men, women and families suffering from alcohol and drug addiction in Cleveland. It administers the ORCA Women s Residential Program, which consists of more than 10 treatment beds for indigent chemically dependent females, as well as serves people with domestic violence and sexual abuse issues.
