Royal Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides medical assistance, long-term care and rehabilitation services to patients suffering from chronic illness, physical disabilities and Alzheimer s disease. The services offered by the center include housekeeping, laundry, facility maintenance, medication management and assistance with dressing, bathing and grooming. The center provides physical, occupational and social therapies, and undertakes a variety of rehabilitation activities for patients, including personal support, nursing care, home health aides, and therapeutic and social services. It is a member of the Ohio Health Care Association, American Health Care Association and Ohio Provider Resource Association. Royal Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
