Staff is super friendly. Looked clean. 3 hour wait and only a few patients there. Hours start at 3pm. So, if there is a problem you still have to call OSU Main or your own vet. My cat was fine...

Never have enough staff and the wait is forever. They take your animal instead of leaving it with you during the wait. No update while sitting for hours. Just ridiculous

No better than MedVet. All they care is money. They will try everything to get your money. Wont answer questions after you pay.
