Ohio Designer Craftsmen is a non-profit organization that engages and enriches the community through high-quality exhibitions and education programs, supporting the professional development of craft artists. They own and operate the Ohio Craft Museum, presenting four major exhibitions each year, along with focus exhibits and a gift shop.

Ohio Seed Improvement Association

Ohio Seed Improvement Association ( OSIA ) is a nonprofit corporation authorized by the laws of the State of Ohio to establish standards and procedures for seed certification. The OSIA provides certification labels to seed growers based upon the submission by growers to OSIA of representative samples of seed for analysis of the genetic purity of the seed. The grower and/or seller, by attaching this label to a particular lot of seed is representing to both the OSIA and the buyer, that the seed has been produced, conditioned and inspected in accordance with the standards and procedures established by the OSIA and that the seed described on the label meets the minimum requirements. THE GROWER AND/OR SELLER WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON OR IS ATTACHED TO THE CONTAINER OR BAG OF SEED IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SEED ANALYSIS AND OTHER INFORMATION THEREON AND FOR THE PROPER USE OF THIS CERTIFICATION LABEL. OSIA IS NOT THE SELLER AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ( INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY ), AS TO THE SEEDS SOLD BY GROWER OR SELLER. THE BUYER IS PURCHASING THE SEEDS AS IS WITH RESPECT TO OSIA.
