Ohio Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) is a non-profit organization based in Marysville, OH, dedicated to rebuilding shattered lives of survivors and co-workers affected by line-of-duty deaths. With over 50 chapters nationwide, C.O.P.S. provides comprehensive Hands-On Programs that offer grief counseling, peer support, and resources to help survivors cope and recover.
Since its establishment in 1984, Ohio C.O.P.S. has grown to over 48,000 members, including spouses, children, parents, siblings, significant others, and affected co-workers of officers killed in the line of duty. Governed by a national board of law enforcement survivors, Ohio C.O.P.S. works tirelessly to support survivors at the grassroots level and provide essential services to those in need.
