Oberlin Facilities Operations is the primary resource for all facility-related needs and concerns in the Oberlin College community. They strive to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the college campus, handling routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance needs, as well as providing landscaping, snow removal, and custodial services. They also collaborate with other divisions and offices on campus for capital improvement projects and assist with special functions both on campus and within the community.

Oberlin Facilities Operations uses the web-based work order management system TOPdesk to process all requests for maintenance on campus. In case of after-hours emergencies, the Office of Campus Safety can be contacted. Additionally, they conduct MVR driving background checks for students, staff, clubs, and teams, and provide college-related vehicle rentals.
