They like to talk a lot about how things will change but nothing does. I would say don't put your loved ones in this nursing home but the truth is they are all bad Oaks of Brecksville could care...

My dad was in the oaks of Brecksville for 2 years. We had a lot of problems over the two years. We had a camera in his room without the camera we probably would have thought everything was ok....

My care was excellent, physical and occupational therapy was very good and the food was exceptional. Staff was very kind and helpful.
