We are a private counseling practice located in Westlake Ohio providing office and telehealth services in the western suburbs of the Greater Cleveland area to those aged 16+. Our therapist will listen while working with you to develop and implement the most effective treatment plan based on your needs/goals. Our specialties include (but not limited to) therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc. Modalities typically used include CBT, DBT, MI and our therapist is EMDR trained.
