Northwest Bancorp is based in Warren, Pa., and is the parent company of Northwest Savings Bank, operator of more than 130 retail bank branches in Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Maryland and New York. Northwest Savings Bank offers traditional deposit and loan services, investment management services and Internet banking. Northwest Bancorp also owns Jamestown Savings Bank in western New York, as well as a finance company, Northwest Consumer Discount. Northwest Bancorp s common stock is traded in the NASDAQ under the symbol NWSB.
