Noble Community Residence

Established in 1981, Hartville Meadows is a medical center that provides a range of health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. It is a 32-plus-bed intermediate care facility that features a heated indoor swimming pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living, dining and activity rooms. The center offers 24-hour skilled nursing, psychiatric evaluation, psychological assessment, treatment planning, program management, training, and physical, occupational and speech therapy services. It additionally provides skills development, laundry and Internet access services, as well as organizes a variety of recreational and social activities. The center also offers transportation services for medical appointments, community outings, and church and resident vacations. It is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and is certified by the Ohio Department of Health to participate in the Medicaid Program. Hartville Meadows is a part of Hartville Homes, which is a nonprofit corporation that operates residential care facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Ohio.

Established in 1938, Catholic Charities is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of social welfare services. The organization operates more than 25 offices and programs to serve over 10 counties within the Diocese of Harrisburg. Its programs focus on counseling, long-term substance abuse treatment, homeless family shelter, and personal and maternity care. Catholic Charities also provides employment, family-based mental health, and immigration and refugee services. The organization offers English as a Second Language, refugee resettlement, and adoption and foster care programs. In addition, it operates several residential treatment facilities that include Lourdeshouse, Hope House, Paradise School and Evergreen House. Catholic Charities legal services program provides assistance with issues related to work authorization, naturalization applications, and family and work visas. The organization serves children, youths, married couples, families and senior citizens. Additionally, it organizes fundraising events, music concerts and training workshops. Catholic Charities is a part of the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Harrisburg.
