Dr. El-Refai was very rude. I felt pressured into paying billing up front and getting unnecessary treatments. She convinced me to have a root canal done on a different tooth then my dentist...

This place is ridiculous. They called me yesterday to ask me to come in at 8 am for an 830 appt. at 850 we finally go back. Why ask us get up and come in earlier if we're not gonna see the doctor...
