Schoenbrunn Healthcare is a more than 150-bed nursing care facility that offers various rehabilitation services. It provides a variety of services and specialized care related to skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, ventilator care, and assisted and independent living. The center offers long-term care, behavioral health management, Alzheimer's treatment and rehabilitation therapies, as well as recreational and leisure activities. Through its Alzheimer's and dementia care unit, Schoenbrunn Healthcare offers community adventures, music therapy, exercise and therapeutic visits. In addition, it provides wound care, stroke and pain management, and physical, occupational, respite and speech therapies. Schoenbrunn Healthcare also offers various case management services related to fracture, balance problem, head trauma, and perceptual and cognitive deficits.
