Solutions Counseling, LLC, is a counseling center where the emphasis is upon brief, effective therapy. We are interested in, and committed to the change process. We work with a broad variety of problems that are brought to therapy. Whether your problem includes depression, anxiety, marital difficulties, family conflict, work stress, child behavioral concerns, or some other difficulty, we are here to serve you. Solutions Counseling, LLC, has four clinicians-Dwayne Smith, Ph.D., LPCC, Andrew Solovey, LISW, Chris Fraser, LISW, and Rebecca Hall, LISW. Dr. Smith started the center twelve years ago in Dublin at the corner of Frantz and Bradenton. For nine years it was housed within a family physician practice. Three years ago Solutions was moved to its own space a mile north of the original site in the Millennium office complex. Dr. Gerlach is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a member of The American Psychological Association, The Society of Personality Assessment, and The International Association of Trauma Professionals. In his 35 years of private practice, including a number of years consulting on psychiatric units of local hospitals, he has worked therapeutically with individuals (beginning at age 6) and family members with trauma and addiction issues. He has received advanced training in personality assessment and continues to receive such training as it pertains to trauma and addiction. His doctoral research was on the subject of addiction with an emphasis on alcoholism.

Green-Lauber, LISW-S is a highly experienced psychotherapist based in Hilliard, Ohio, with over 25 years of providing effective outpatient psychological care to adult and older teen clients. Specializing in helping individuals and couples navigate life's transitions, Deborah offers a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and improved communication.
