She researched the recovery and wellness space to find and invest in the most advanced equipment. Her research sourced benefits infrared sauna, cold plunge and oxygen therapy have on the body, from muscle recovery to detox, boosted circulation and immune system, reduced inflammation, improved mood and mental clarity. You’ll find three spacious spa suites, each with its own calming and chic vibe, and each with two sets of equipment so couples and friends can book services together. Since the community has supported our business, we’re answering to call to also open the space for private events.
