I decided there was a niche to fill to better service the retailer. The retail and construction industry has ingrained a deadline attitude and an eye for details into everything I do. With a focus on quality, project management and attention to details we have designed our company to fill that niche. Everyone claims they do it. The only thing that separates ICS from the rest of the pack is extensive experience in the national retail construction industry, ability to design, ability to work closely with architects and designers, years of experience in project management and a non-stop, goal oriented attitude. Some projects are easy, while others are very complicated. In order to attain a quality project, despite the hurdles, it is often necessary to work closely with architects, general contractors, site superintendents, city planning or whatever it takes to solve problems that may, even indirectly, affect the final product.
