Their service is excellent but the cost is a rip off. For a Capacitor change on Trane they charged $350, where the part cost is around $50. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

I would give Mitchells a better rating if their technicians would be more concerned in solving the problem instead of pushing their over priced service contracts. My bet is they are on commission.
