Horrible experience start to finish. And even after cashing my check to clear out all utility charges snd extra add-on fees for unexplained reasons, I get a notice from a collection agency...

I lived there two years. I am handicapped from Stage IV Colon Cancer, and I'm a single mom. During that two years, my apartment flooded six or eight times or more.I spent several weeks sleeping...
