Milford Treatment Services

At Springfield Treatment Services in Springfield, Ohio, we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs for opioid addiction and individual and group counseling. MAT treatment includes methadone, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to help men and women end their dependence on opioids. Outpatient treatment plans include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), 12-step programs, and individual, family, and group therapy. Patients receive individualized treatment plans based on their needs. In addition, we offer trauma-informed care, counseling for grief or loss, and relapse prevention programs. Pregnant women and Medicaid accepted.

Maysville Medical offers medication-assisted treatment for those suffering from opioid dependence. This location is a medication unit/satellite clinic off NKY Med in Covington. This location offers daily medication and drug screening. Tele-counseling services are available at this location. Additional services are available at the main clinic in Covington as needed.
