The Michael Cahill Bed and Breakfast, located in the historic district of Ashtabula Harbor, offers comfortable, spacious, overnight lodging in a landmark home. The Cahill House has been integral to the Harbor neighborhood since 1887. Ashtabula County is located midway between Cleveland, OH and Erie, PA along 27 miles of Lake Erie shoreline. The historically significant lake port of Ashtabula Harbor is centrally located to the county's museums, covered bridges, wineries, scenic rivers, and farm communities. The Michael Cahill House (c. 1887) has been Ashtabula Harbor's only lakeside bed-and-breakfast for 30 years, The Cahill House was nominated and listed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1988 for its distinctive, restored Stick Style features. The entire property is used as a Bed and Breakfast. Accommodations include three guest rooms upstairs and one down, all with private baths. The remaining rooms include three large sitting rooms, one upstairs and two down.
