It also provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services for children, adults and families with mental health concerns. The center is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, Community Counseling Center offers outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health rehabilitation services. It also offers outpatient drug and alcohol services and community residential rehabilitation programs.
