Meadowbrook Care Center

Established in 1978, the Meadowbrook Care Center is located in Cincinnati. It provides a holistic approach to health care, addressing the various needs of the resident their families, and the community. It develops and designs the family and resident services program and provides individuals various program options to choose from. It offers full-time, licensed experienced staff providing various health care services. It offers education programs for families to learn about aging, illness and the long-term care environment, a resource library for families and a family orientation program. It also provides extensive family support for emotional, social, spiritual and financial issues and a comprehensive discharge planning. In addition, the Meadowbrook Care Center offers a wide range of services and programs that include therapeutic activities, dementia support group, community outreach programs, intergenerational summer camps, pet therapy and a personal Alzheimer's disease program.
