Bo Toplak MD at this location was an attentive and knowledgable PCP for both my husband and myself and if we didn't move, I would likely still go here. Convenient location attached to the hospital.

Almost one year later, the bill for this PREVENATIVE/ROUTINE lab work remains unpaid. Dr's office refiled their claim in August 2018 and was paid 100% of negotiated. I filed another grievance...
