This Alex-Bell location next to Meijer is typical, they screw your order up every 3rd order, so you MUST check before you pull away. All locations forget napkins, straws and spoons regularly....

Go here if you want cold food and sit in line for 25-30 minutes. This is the third time this has happened, all three times it took 10-15 for someone just to come to the speaker.

We got no food. Service was horrible sat in drive thru for 1 HOUR. Ambience was awful. Do not go here.

This place is a joke. Missing food. Waited 20 minutes for the items missing from my order. Still didn't receive it so we walked out. I will never visit this location again.
