Older gentlemen working in the back of the store is rude and condescending. Maybe you should coach your associates on customer service and not just product knowledge...which isn't even the best...

Absolutely horrible customer service and very high prices. Management is help. I would recommend visiting Parnell's Hardware in Sayler Park for much better service and value.
