Uncomfortable That's what I'm gonna say.. So many rules just to get a milkshake . I think the owner is burned out after all the years of working .

owner made everyone wait outside, place is more often than not closed, grumpy, ice cream is just ok, but the business is way past its prime, great location, but service is not .
