Mary Ann Donuts, founded in 1947 by Peter A. and Mary Edna Welden in Canton, Ohio, has grown from a single location to a successful chain of seven stores in the Stark County community. After the passing of the founders, their children, Pat and Dorothy, took over the business and expanded operations, opening new locations and consolidating production for efficiency.
With a focus on quality and growth, Mary Ann Donuts continued to expand, building a new production facility and corporate office in 1997. The company's success led to the introduction of franchising opportunities in 2010, offering entrepreneurial individuals the chance to bring the beloved donuts and coffee to new markets across the country.
