Don't bother scheduling any rides using Lyft. They either don't show up on time or don't show at all. Drivers are typically nice and the cars are clean.

It is not illegal. Background checks are done. Lyft offers insurance to cover passangers. Drivers can get rideshare insurance for 10 more bucks or so a month, if they live in a state the offers...
