Staff calls off quite often which leaves them short handed on weekends so waits can be long. This weekend that was the case, I sat in the waiting area 20 minutes and the very last guy that came in...

Had an appointment at 8am as a new patient, they took people that came in after me. I waited 20 minutes and left! Very poor service!
