Since 1938, Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) has provided safe and affordable housing for the low-income citizens in Lorain County, Ohio. Established in 1962 as a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority is a public agency, partly funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, providing subsidized housing facilities for eligible citizens of Wayne County.
