Waited 25 minutes at drive-thru after placing order for LJS two piece chicken plus extra piece of fish! got KFC chicken and one piece of fish. Returned order to window and manager was very rude...

Great customer service but the food can be hit or miss in heat and quality . Last visit I ordered chicken planks and got 2 small , room temperature pieces .
