I had an online return to make because I was sent the wrong size. The invoice clearly states that returns can be made in-store. I was told by an associate that I could not make the return in-store...

Please make sure the sale merchandise is signed correctly. It's really not difficult. Sale merchandise should have a sale sign. If you've signed something incorrectly, it's great customer service...
