Awful experience. Went in for a trim and 6+ inches of my hair were cut off. I'm very disappointed as I was planning on donating it in the fall but obviously can no longer do that. Do not go to Ashley!

worst experience _ if you are charging such a high price for your services, at least ask your worker (TORI) to have some personal skills. She is rude and ignorant of a customers schedule.
