Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, established in 1977 and located in Port Clinton, Ohio, is a family-owned and operated assisted living center that has been offering various services to senior citizens for more than 20 years. It provides a variety of services that include subacute and skilled nursing care, intermediate and respite care, and hospice care and rehabilitation. The center also offers home health, personal, transitional, long-term nursing and outpatient care services. It provides special treatment to people suffering with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Its assisted living services and facilities offer medication monitoring, meal preparation, and community and recreational activities. It is a part of the Covenant Care. The center provides 24-hour medical care assistance at homes and emergency care services to the people.
