I had signed up application and gave them deposit and it was never returned even after multiple follow up. Dont put in any deposit or else they will never give you back

This place rips you off on the water and electric bills. I've never had to pay more then $100 when living elsewhere. Now that I'm here on top of the high rent is an other 300 for utilities....
