They were really nice. They didn't have a side of fries for me and misheard my order so they just gave me free tenders and extra biscuits. All and all it was a great time.

This location is hit or miss the service is inconsistent the south side location on lex ave much better option

Horrible customer service. Drive thru workers need to watch how they talk to customers. Management needs to do something about bad employees. Usually this place is good. I'm a little shocked.

Just your typical KFC. Services was fast, food was average. Dining room was clean. All good except for the fact I was handed a cup with the cashiers thumb completely inside it.
