Secret customer needed to observe the manner in which customers are spoken to. Staff at my local store are rude raising their voices at customers. Very dissatisfied with service.

Disgusting food. The place has really gone to hell the last two months or so. The atmosphere is great too. Every time you go in there one of the managers is shouting curse words at their staff....
