Craig McKenzie, the owner, likes people to know that Jim's Auto Center is a family business. His wife Laura assists in the shop sometimes. His son Zachary used to work there, too. He and his red Harley-Davidson motorcycle go anywhere there are curves - and no freeways - especially eastern Ohio, in the mountainous, curvy areas.
