Fast service and clean restaurant. Typical Jimmy John's speediness and great subs. Nothing particularly outstanding or bad to speak of. Just happy to find a location in Austintown,!

Super slow! If we do an online pick up order they never have the order ready when we get there. Drove through takes forever. Food is wrong a lot of the time. Not impressed. Freaky fast my ass
