Horrible! They charge a service fee JUST to come look at the unit, then they charge for drive time and diagnostic. Three hours plus service fee just to walk into my home. Thieves!

Heat went out called 3 times never returned my call And there the ones who put it in about 6 years ago they got there money I had 2 other bad experiences with them.
