They complexity of returning more than one call is one of many reasons not to deal with this bank. If you have a problem, there is no escalation. The CEO cannot be bothered with your very bad...

Horrible...won't be back I have a back injury. I had back surgery. I have a box of coins ​in the trunk of the car.. too heavy to carry. The teller refused to help me. She told me to bring them in...

First Merit bank was great. Now that Huntington took over, they have a terrible staff. Closing all the branches, everytime I try to use the Giant Eagle ATM, it's out of order.
