Almost $400 to file my return because "having to file with door dashing makes it more expensive" yet I never had to pay this much, even with doordashing part time. Rip off.

Receptionist was rude because I was a walk-in. This was after I was told over the phone walk-ins were accepted. The bean-counter gave me the weakest handshake and looked at his feet like a coward...

Do not go here unless you're alright with getting nothing back. My tax return is very basic and the person who did my taxes needed to get out her college books to figure out how to file my school...
