Okay I don't like sharing all of my Hot Gurl takes but I will indulge you. Infrared saunas= good for your skin and detoxing. Working out= duh good for you to combat stress, increase metabolism...

I have been a member here for over a year! I love it! I've lost 15 lbs! I really like the flexibility of the 24/7 access and how the workouts are always changing. Even if I just sit in the sauna...
