The Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO) is a regional hospital association that has been representing and advocating for its member hospitals and health systems since 1972. HCNO provides a politically neutral forum for its members and offers collaborative opportunities to enhance the health status of the citizens of northwest Ohio.

HCNO's community services include conducting community health assessments and providing planning and evaluation services. They also coordinate regional programs such as the Northwest Ohio Pathways HUB, Northwest Ohio Disaster Preparedness, advance care planning, and the Northwest Ohio Regional Trauma Registry.

Michigan Association of Planning Michigan Association of Planning ( MAP ) is a 501 c 3 organization, dedicated to promoting sound community planning that benefits the residents of Michigan. We provide new models and tools that will result in improved development patterns that conserve land and resources, build a vital economy, and provide sustainability for the future. Today, Michigan Association of Planning is positioned as the state's leading planning organization. We continue to provide cutting edge educational programs ; our publications help planners make better decisions ; our presence in Lansing as an advocate for improved planning practices is helping to form new legislation that will change the prevailing land development patterns and enhance both the built and natural environments. We have initiated research projects and best practices publications through increased grant funding. We are making a difference.
